They exchanged Facebook messages. That’s how they found him. He’s since admitted to the crime & they have a weapon

I’m curious what made the victim comfortable delivering the bike to the guy, I highly doubt considering he has a record that his Facebook looks like someone you’d want to deliver to...

I 100% judge/prescreen the Facebook profile of anyone I’ve bought or sold things on Facebook marketplace too. Some might say it’s “racist” or wrong to do do, but I filter out all the white trash as well. Stories like this are why I will continue to do so.

Exactly. I sold a cheap car on facebook marketplace last year. Along with all the "can you hold it till I get paid" and "what's your best offer", I got plenty of "yo I'll give you $500".
Motherfricker, I'll donate it for the tax write off. I got hundreds of messages about that car. You'd be surprised how many messaged again after I sold it, pissed off that I wouldn't give it to them for a weekly loan.
