Missing Person - UPDATE PAGE 3

Ok sleuths of the OT, looking for help for a buddy of mine whose daughter has gone missing from the University of Colorado. She was last seen on Sunday and has not been heard from since. Below is the link to the University of Colorado Police FB post regarding the missing person. I'm asking that anyone with FB and friends in Colorado area, please share the FB post. I know you guys have helped track down other missing persons, so I'm turning to you for help here. TIA

I saw this when a mutual friend of the family posted on FB. Prayers for her and the family she is found safe.
From reading the post, I couldn't tell if they think she was hiking on trails that day or if that's just where the last ping from her phone came.
If someone could elaborate on that and where the search was focused it might be of help.

Update, 2/13/25 11:58 a.m. -- she still has not been found.
Joe and I went up to Boulder yesterday while the CU Boulder Police worked hard to get search warrants in order to access the data from her phone. They now have the support of the FBI, and were able to narrow down the area where her phone last pinged to begin the search, but they had to call it off around midnight due to low visibility and freezing temperatures. They believe the area where her phone is located is on the west side of Boulder on the edge of town where there are well-traveled trails. Megan was last seen wearing red pajama pants, a dark grey jacket and wearing white shoes (pictured on the right). She was carrying the phone pictured below. It has a clear case and a red pop socket.
CU Boulder PD has resumed the search, but ciuks not disclose exactly where they are searching. If you saw Megan on the evening of Sunday, February 9th after 9:00 PM please contact Joe, me, or the CU Boulder Police.

Unfortunately, I have no further information to share. I'm FB friends with the dad and knew back in high school many, many years ago, but I'm not a close family friend and honestly know nothing more than I have read on FB. Sorry, I can't provide more information, but felt I needed to do something. I can't even begin to imagine having to go through something like this.
