Your turn to think. Globalization, at the expense of who? Someone always pays.

If the real income is going into the quarterly earnings and not the worker's paychecks, as the numbers seem to indicate, then how is it helping?
It's helping pensions, 401ks, 403bs, and a myriad of other investment strategies.

So when you're struggling paycheck to paycheck and can't contribute to a 401k, how does that help?

I don't know. The first question I'd be asking is why are you struggling paycheck to paycheck?
You do realize life isn't fair, right? That there will always be people that struggle?

Globalization, economically speaking, is a good thing
Please read up on comparative advantage and Adam smith
Mexican, Chinese, and many African nation’s middle classes are booming and it should make you happy. Because it is a victory for humanity.
The entire third and second world is massively getting more prosperous.

Workers don't fall under pension plans or 401ks?

Yes.
Hmm. Wonder who has one of the strongest history departments in the country. And iirc, the first to have labor history.

They do but if there pay isn't enough to cover their current living expenses and contribute to the 401k, the mere existence of the 401k is irrelevant to them.

I don't know bob, why don't you tell us about why you're better qualified to discuss labor history than wutang?

Life isn't fair. There will always be those that struggle. The fact remains the majority overwhelmingly benefit from a well-performing pension plan and/or investment portfolio.

Why don’t you tell me why he is qualified to make statements about labor history?
Or better yet, why don’t you defend his statement?

Because too many of them are worthless pieces of shite.

Finally, we agree on something. And as far as your first question, have you read the topic of the thread yet? Might be a good starting point for your answer.

Okay tough guy. I forgot how unpopular subsidised healthcare is. I wonder why nobody is running for president on a platform of ending entitlements? I wonder why we have presidents wanting to increase the benefits on taxpayer dime.
They didn't want the unintended consequences.

You're the one that said he's not qualified to do so. Why don't you tell us exactly why bob?
You do understand that since you made the accusation, it's up to you defend the accusation, right?

Millennial victimhood
If you're not happy with your current status, reinvent yourself. It's what resourceful people do.
I have no sympathy for perpetual victims.
