I think this board's obsession with the term BBC is getting kinda creepy.

Their news is a little too left leaning for my tastes, but they generally do a decent job for a government funded media organization.

You can negotiate practically anything and sometimes, even just kind of do stuff in the moment that you never agreed to pay for and it goes by without much argument."

It costs 175 grand to get divorced?
Holy shite

I don't know if this has been said already, but after thoroughly reading the article, my only guess is that she was cheating on her husband with a big, black, veiny, big-headed, monster cock that glistens in the Sun and spews majestic, hot white lava from its glorious mountaintop.

While I've never called out an entire generation (whether it's one that is mine, or older/younger), I think that the divorce rate for millennials SHOULD be much lower than baby boomers simply due to the fact that millennials have only been married a short time while baby boomers would have to endure 30+ years or marriage to avoid being a statistic. It's not apples to apples.

The rate takes into account parallel age for the reason you state. That is, the percentage of baby boomers who married by 25 who got divorced by 30 is higher than that of millennials who married by 25 who got divorced by 30.
Premarital cohabitation, which has skyrocketed in our lifetimes, has driven divorce rates down among millennials. Turns out that finding out that she's a crazy bitch before you get married is a good thing.

Corinne Reczek, now an assistant professor of sociology at Ohio State University, once described cohabitation as a "trial marriage" of sorts. Living together could theoretically increase the odds that mismatched couples with no long-term compatability will break up before tying the knot, thus gently decreasing the divorce rate.

I think you are missing the point....not saying that Millennials are getting lots of divorces...comment is on them bringing mommie with them for divorce help. It's a comment on the dependency of the Millennials on parents

Still a fricking lazy catch-all term/charge for a ridiculously diverse group.
