Shitty thread title; kid was shot in the hand at close range, which is all that is conclusive.
I'm sure he had his hands above his head and the cop decided to rush up and shoot him in the hand first to neutralize the threat

This was a good shoot. Nothing more than race baiting bullshite with a little bit of paid protesting mixed in.

I don't know what really happened, but I know Dr. Michael Baden has a reputation that far exceeds that of anyone the state cites in their autopsy.
quote:
The county medical examiner, Dr. Mary Case, could not be reached. The assistant who performed the autopsy, Dr. Gershom Norfleet, relayed word that he would not comment.
That post mortem, conducted the morning after Brown’s death, comports in most ways with the findings of a private autopsy arranged by Brown’s family and made public Aug. 18.
In that one, Dr. Michael M. Baden, a nationally known forensic pathologist, said none of Brown’s wounds appeared to have been from shots fired at close range.
Baden noted then that there was no gunshot residue on the body, so it appeared to him that the muzzle of the weapon was at least one or two feet away. He said, “It could have been 30 feet away.”

You want so badly for Mike Brown to have been executed, you've lost any semblance of objectivity here. You think OJ didn't kill his wife too, don't you?

Yeah, this info doesn't tell us much at all.

It doesn't matter what that or any autopsy says. The dumbasses won't believe it and claim that it was altered to protect the police.

Uh. Yeah it does. Read the whole story.
There was blood in the vehicle, skin, gun powder residue on his hand, etc.

What the frick are you babbling about? I have commented very little on this event here, and I have merely pointed out irresponsible use of language --which denotes certainty-- and the fact that someone with a vastly superior reputation disagrees with these findings.

He's also been on the wrong side of several cases. He's just a gun for hire, no matter which side

So are you saying he lies in his reports, or is just really poor at a job that has made him millions?

Someone is lying here. Either this guy with the "vastly superior reputation" or the docs who did the official autopsy. Which one do you find more believable and why?

What is a unverified description of the incident that resulted in Michael Brown's death, one favorable in the extreme to Officer Wilson, doing in an autopsy report? How could anyone know what happened especially as neither Wilson or the Ferguson Police filed an incident report? Why is that information included?
