Probably so, but we don’t have enough prisons to hold everyone for the lack of parenting. If we did that a good bit of people in the SE United States would disappear into prisons that don’t exist.

Yeah, it kinda is. Not so much religion, but relationship. We are to love God with all our heart, soul and mind; and, we are to love our neighbor as ourself. If the murderers were doing this- then the young man, who was exhibiting these values, would still be here.
