But isn't that the point of rehabilitation? For them to NOT do it again. We could be talking about anything. An alcoholic (DUI), a murderer, hell even a pedophile....if they served their punishment and then NEVER do it again, isn't that the point? Even if the urge is still in them, as long as they don't do it again shouldn't we as a society forgive?
