She isn’t tipped in hundreds. They count the singles and exchange them with the club owner for big nice bills and club owner takes a small counting/exchange fee. Money is nasty and wrinkled and covered in glitter, lube, oil, spilled drinks, etc so they don’t use counting machines very often,
