After last night, it will pass with flying colors! Last night was great for St George. We couldn’t buy an advertisement as effective as that shite show.

That’s one of the most racist things I’ve ever read. If you swap black and white he would probably be in prison right now.

No doubt a lot of blacks don't buy these extremist views, but in those Democrat council districts, I'd bet it's way more than it should be that do.
After all, look who they elect. Look at who Broome caters to.
And btw, where was she last night?
I realize she had no vote, but she does have a powerful voice.

Which is why she was right to stay away. I shite on her a lot, but that was a smart move. I'm not sure what the rules are on her attending meetings, though.

CAn a black person be racist against a black person?

She wasn’t touching that meeting. Why take any heat away from Tara? Nothing in it for her politically.

The more I think about last night's meeting, the more I hope the average BR citizen watches it. It exposes these idiots for everything they are.
Calling out Republicans for voting as a party while simultaneously calling Tara "Black Judas" for not doing exactly what they criticized the Republicans for doing.
Gravy going and screaming at the council members in front of Amoroso's crying daughters.
Silky Slim getting booted... again.
Saundra Sterling going on a screaming meltdown after the vote was complete.
Chauna, Cole, and Collins-Lewis going on racist rants and calling for the usual "conversation" about imaginary racial issues.
Lamont Cole nominating James Gilmore for the position then asking him if he actually lived in the district.
The three Democrats refusing to vote.
Chauna Banks getting into a screaming match with Scott Wilson towards the end.
St. George organizers need to put that shite on commercials across the parish.

I know that.
And I think if she weighed in she wouldn't be on Tara's side.
That was my point. She wouldn't want the progressives in SBR to see her true colors.
She had to stay home.

Broome's strategy seems to have been fire the police commish to appease her base and now basically do nothing until the next election.

You may think, you have a shot a mayor now, because 10 white people stood and clapped for you, after dozens of black people gave a standing ovation to the black council members after the remarks eloquently spoken by Councilwoman Donna Collins-Lewis.
Oh yes, she very eloquently quoted from Soul Man.

Soooooo not worth the time. I believe shite like this though should be the reason that gravy should be 100% fair game on this site. Posted on 7/20/18 at 12:52 pm to TigersSEC2010
