She does it to stay thin so she can continue to be "loved" by the customers.
When she goes off not only will she be less productive, but she'll probably blow up like a blimp and no longer get that "love".
She needs to get off meth and face the reality of what shes become.
I also dont know what to say about the fact that your company knows shes on meth and hasnt done anything about it. Im guessing theres some ethical issues at work here.

Makes more sense. That can still wear on people after awhile.
It's an amphetamine, hopefully shes not taking it in super high doses.

Yeah one of my old buddies called me a couple years after he moved away to take over a big important new office and expansion for a company. He got on meth to stay apace and on top of everything. He called me for help as it was getting out of control. Ended up he divorced after getting a underling pregnant that they hooked up on the stuff. Freaked up his life.
