Meth Head in the office

We have this girl who works in our office and she is a rock star but I know she is always meth'd out. When she is high as a kite she is actually a wonderful employee. Customers love her and she is sharp as nails. She flys through her work and just does a terrific job.
When she is not high as a kit she is worthless.
I really want to urge her to keep doing the meth but not sure if this would be beneficial.
Any thoughts?

One of my cousins has really bad add and sometimes the doctors won’t give him the medicine he needs and he has to turn to meth. When he can’t get his medicine he has no energy and gets really bad migraines. It’s really sad to see what this disease does to him

I read that meth is big with the corporate/business guys in Atlanta because of this.
The supply is there and it allows them to stay sharp while working hours on end.
