I know everything I need to know about your discipline, your consistency, and your work ethic.
You sound jealous and insecure.
Life is nothing but a series of trade offs. Who the frick are you to decide if someone else is willing to trade off their time and effort for physical results and aesthetic superiority? Heaven forbid someone wants to reach their full potential during the short time they are here on earth.
Post less.

You sound like a mediocre man, likely in every aspect of your life. That’s why you feel the need to denigrate other men who strive for better things.
According to Xenophon, Socrates once said “No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.”
Sounds like you’re an amateur. You should just remain quiet.

There is so much projection and BS in this ONE SENTENCE (your entire post), you need to examine things like personal accountability, and not externalizing your failures (I'm not muscular because I won't juice like that guy probably is). You attempt to portray confidence over not being concerned with your body image tells me you have massive insecurity. If you could *do* stuff, you might be less concerned with how you look. But doing stuff in the gym takes effort. Glad you've run from your own thread.

Dude I have shite to do but I am taking a dump right now so I can respond.
In brief, I made this thread just to point out the difference between eating right/staying in shape and being obsessed with body image to the point of starving yourself and measuring your self worth/esteem by whether you were able to stay keto and not skip leg day.
I knew it would trigger the meatheads and I think that's funny.
Have a nice day

Well, I was going to take a rest day, but OP has convinced me to go out to the garage and lift today.
