Rarely drink but when I do I’ll have a bottle of champagne or 750ml of vodka. If I’m going to drink I’m going to get loaded. No point in doing it otherwise. Yes the hangover is much worse in 40’s than 30’s. In my 20’s on a Friday night I’d drink a six pack of beer and a bottle of vodka stay out til 3AM then be up at 8AM Saturday morning to go to gym and feel fine.

Gave it I up about 8 years ago when I was 33. Now when I drink I get the worst hangover ever. I’m a light weight.

I'll have an old fashioned, a bourbon/ whiskey neat or a pint or two of beer over the course of a weekend.

Thursday - Saturday usually 4 whiskey drinks or 6 pack of IPA’s per night. Sometimes drink during the week depending on circumstances. Most people I know do the same. All successful family men.

I'm the other way around. When my team gets a big win I drink like crazy in celebration. When we lose I get down, barely drink and go to bed early.

I’m 36. I find my quality of sleep is affected by alcohol too much, so I might have a glass of wine or so twice a month.

When off on the weekend, about a case give or take. When I’m working, ~6 after work. During the week, 3-4 around half of tge afternoons. I exercise, run and stay in decent shape so I can drink a little.
