i'll give a great example: race in the tech industry. it's a relatively hot topic the past few months tech is a high-minority field, even. it's just not populated by black minorities, so the SJW claim racism (in a field highly populated by minorities)
it's an issue of culture, which will guide the class you find yourself. the only group who can change the culture of a particular group is the group itself. an outside group can't change the culture of an inner group.

this is not close to a monolithic bloc. hell i'd imagine the majority of trashy whites (who actually vote) go DEM these days
white trash knows what the system does for it and how to work the system. in high union areas, they vote DEM also to keep that gravy train running

I'm not into politics at all, but I always thought poor folks tend to stick with democrats...I know my Mom does and she's poor and white...but not trash.

WV is 93.8% white and they have TWO senators that are DEM and their reps are split with 2 GOP and 1 DEM. governor is a DEM, and so is the Lt Gov
they did vote Romney 62%

if you take out the holy rollers, i'd imagine the VAST majority of trashy whites vote DEM in the south/mid-atlantic
and most of the holy rollers would vote DEM if the candidate was a rare pro-life DEM

Or me seeing equally qualified blacks passed over for promotions because of race.
I know of all the damn programs you are talking about and only a fool, which it seems that you are would think that it would be easier for a black man in this world. White men get everything in this world and I've seen this same bullshite in this site multiple times. Just look around your damn office, (if you actually have one) and you tell me how many blacks you see compared to whites.

this is like the "tech industry is racist" argument. blacks are approximately 12-13% of the population. as a group they're much less likely to make good educational choices and graduate from college. if we're talking offices, there are just so many black college graduates to populate those offices. even if they graduated at relatively similar rates, the odds are going to be close to 1 in 10 workers being black due to population breakdowns
