I'm not a psychologist. But a simple Google search would have shown you that it is is widely known and accepted that there's an IQ difference between races. Instead you'd rather be an a-hole just to show how non racist you are

Here are a few peer reviewed, published studies that tie what you would call IQ and academic success more to socioeconomics than race. Paraphrasing SPF earlier, the effects of PTSD and poverty on brain development makes it damn near impossible to correlate race and IQ. Race and poverty strongly correlate with socioeconomic status.

This is 100% true BUT people need to realize that you still need to judge everyone on their own merit. There are lots of black people that are smarter than any of us.

I'm not sure if this is 100% accurate or not, honestly because I don't care to know the truth. That is a scary stat right there, one that I would rather not be known or shared. Would you really want to tell young black kids that you are naturally dumber than the white kid next to you. This issue as you say would solve nothing and only cause problem a problems

If you're that upset about the lack of diversity, you options are to move up into upper management and hire more blacks so you can feel better or quit and find a company that's more racially suited to your tastes.

Of course you don't say that because there is a good chance that isn't true and the black kid could be smarter than the white kid next to him. I do think its not fair to expect kids that are not as smart to be in the same classes and compete with smart kids, regardless of race. I don't know what the answer is but I don't think anyone will until we start honestly discussing it.

I understand this feeling. There are so many smart black people I know that I don't even know if that IQ stat means anything. But it's there nonetheless, just as few honest whites would argue that the average black guy will run a little faster, or that the average Asian is shorter, or the average Bama fan is inbred

I'm not making excuses but when you're treated like a paycheck most people will have pent up aggression. I overheard a 2-3 year old crying getting into a car and the mom kept yelling at him to stop being such a little pussy.
Moms like that are the problem, imo. If they were t like that then maybe they'd keep a man around to help raise their kids.

The butthurt by libs and some black posters about the IQ studies is ridiculous. It's an "average" people, not every single person.
Should I as a white person be offended, pissed off, and cry racism because Asians have an average IQ higher than whites?
Instead of denying the science or test scores, why not just be grateful that you most likely score much higher than the average.
