I have read that there is a physiological reason for this. But I don't know if that is really true and I don't want to get banned.
The brain size argument? Someone already mentioned it but I don't know if it is true or not, I haven't really researched it.

. Just look around your damn office, (if you actually have one) and you tell me how many blacks you see compared to whites.
Well since blacks are only 11 percent of the population I'd expect to see 11 percent not 50 percent as you expect.

You would expect to see far too many

In our office, It's not hiring a minority thats the problem, we are a multi-cultural employer. We have several black men, several hispanic men a couple of guys from India. If you look at the population of employee's compared to the "population" we have many more minorities working for us. The problem at our office is if one of those minorities isn't doing his job, slacking, or not showing up for work, nothing.A white guy doing the same thing is dismissed immediately. I've actually been a part of a conversation with HR where the individual wasn't going to be fired because they were scared of being sued, even though he was a lazy piece of crap. He held his job for more than 2 years after this conversation, 2 years of being lazy and not showing up for work and over 20 write ups. His issues at work had nothing to do with race, he was just a terrible employee, the decision not to fire him was all about race. That is a problem.

Actually, I'm not. I've fought for some of our minority employees, not just black, all minority, including women when I feel they are being treated unfair. But I can't stand to see a terrible employee get a free ride just because of the color of his skin. Fair is fair

When I was 23 I promoted to manage an office of just over 20 people in California, about half of the employees I inherited were black and some were great. It was a sales job and in sales jobs I am a big fan of firing the bottom 10% each month and hiring replacements, its how I make sure I only have the best employees and after doing that for a year or so you will only have rock stars. Anyways, once I found out how hard it was to fire black employees, well all protected classes really, I just stopped hiring them and hired only young white dudes because then I could fire them whenever I wanted. The fact they were "protected" made me not hire a lot of people I would have otherwise loved to have tried out.

Even at a solid rural school in north Louisiana you can tell the kids who don't have fathers at home. It's an issue everywhere. Just b/c some of you didn't grow up with fathers that doesn't mean you didn't have some strong males in your life to offer guidance at least by example.
Coaches, friends parents, teachers, ect...

Yes. Essentially, the bones of African descent people are on average thicker than other races. That goes for the skull too. But their head sizes aren't any bigger, which means the thicker skull leaves a little less room inside for the brain. So a certain part of the brain, I forget which, ends up being a little smaller in blacks on average.
That's the gist. No idea if it's true, although I do know that white and Asian women have higher risk of osteoporosis bc of thinner bones.

I agree with those confessions 100%. I've experienced them.

Speaking of thick skulls Hispanics HAVE to be up there. My sisters good friend came home 3 months ago and as she walked thru the front door her husband put a bullet right in her forehead and then he blew his own brains out. Well she lived and is fine, apparently the doctors told her she had the thickest skull ever and it stopped the bullet, and only posts lovey dovey shite about him on FB!
Oh...and like 2 weeks ago my sister was talking to her and she was telling my sister about someone miserable and my sister put her finger to her own head like she was blowing her brains out and said "kill yourself"! She instantly freaked out and started texting me what an idiot she was!

No, they are IQ issues. Only one in 6 black people is as smart as the average white person. The average black IQ is 85, the average white is 103. THAT is the real issue that nobody ever talks about.
You sure about this? Or is this your way of feeling awesome about yourself while simulatenously putting down "those people"?

Sometimes, there is an advantage to being black. I know of employers who go out and seek someone black (e.g. a black prosecutor). Often, the opposite is true. Race neutrality as a goal has been hard to meet. Years ago, I was on a flight with a black pilot. The man next to me said "well, we either have a pilot who was much better than everyone else since that's the only way he could get the job or we have the token, barely competent pilot." Hopefully, we're beyond the point where it is either (a) or (b).
Overwhelmingly its B. I have only experienced B. I believe in some industries it is occassionally A.
