I doubt they keep crime stats at all. I don't really trust the crime stats for most of the cities on this list.

Haiti is a failed state so I doubt the groups who collect this data are getting legitimate numbers from Port-au-prince.

I hate what Memphis has become.

I lived there in the 80s and absolutely loved it - Went back a few years ago and OMG it's really bad :(

I have to give Mayor Cantrell credit, her policies have moved New Orleans down that list. It’s a shame they are trying to put her in jail.
