Currently hanging out by a relative's pool..

More relaxation tomorrow followed by a visit to Port Hudson on Monday to pay respects to fallen heroes.

Laying in bed . Starting a Zpack. Drinking fluids. Eating Vietnamese rice soup. About to watch a bunch of movies or have a GOT marathon.

Staying inside and self-flagellating so I am not judged and looked down upon for deriving joy from Memorial weekend.

Recovering from ligament surgery.

When I visited the Dr on Thursday for a 3 week follow up, the cast room had just received the new Red, White and Blue print and, with it being Memorial Day on Monday, there was not other option to choose from.

America, frick yeah!

Looks like someone has been skipping leg days..

Hence, you don't even lift

Been working around the house/pond all day, getting ready to go prep for dinner and then workout before dinner/drinking time.

Watching the girls beat up on 'zona while I do it.

Really wish I was in S. La the next two weeeks, this is probably my favorite two weeks for doing outdoor stuff down there..

No leg days for another 6-8 weeks, other than hopping around on my good leg.

I know we need the rain in these parts, but man it really messes up some good vacation plans. We got 2 hours at the club to swim before it came back. And golf is out of the damn question.

First world/freedom problems.

Jesus, man.. Sorry to hear

How'd you jack it up? Besides for obviously not having strong/resilient leg muscles..
