Holiday weekends actually tend to be busier times for most hospitals. Lots of various traumas come in the ER (from drunk driving, car accidents from everyone out traveling, drownings, burns from fireworks or campfires, etc). Sadly I am sure I will care for at least one child that was seriously injured from one of those things I listed this holiday weekend

I had a rupture of the ATFL that needed repair. It was a issue for the last 7-8 years but got really bad just recently.
I wanted to get it fixed so I wouldn't have to slow down.
I'll be deadlifting 400+ and squatting 360+ in no time.

All three kids are at the beach with other families. Husband just left for a family wedding. I am home alone until Wednesday!!!!
Hanging at the club pool for the first time ever without kids to watch over. Not sure how to behave; honestly.
I think this will be the longest I have been home alone - ever...wow.
