You must not be familiar with New Orleans government
You could go to the special Olympics and randomly select participants and place them in charge of NOLA govt and the city would likely see improvements

All I know about her is what I see here, but she looks like she would at least be a much better representative for NO.
I was just looking at the results of Latoya's election. In the primary, with 18 candidates she lead with 39% of the votes.
Heno looks like she has a pretty good formula that could help her win. Being from New Orleans is in her favor. She can probably get votes from both blacks and whites. Pro business..And 2nd degree black belt. If Latoya wins again then there is just no hope left.
