What is the takeaway here? That the CEO is young?

Well the dude is pretty accomplished for his age:

BS in Econ from Harvard
Worked at Goldman
Harvard MBA
Partner at Paulson and Co
Part-owner of P.F Changs, now CEO

When I saw the OP’s clip, I first thought …Oh, another “data driven” IB/PE kid running a company, meh.

I have no idea if he can run a company like PF Changs but sounds like he’s pretty capable.

Ryan from Accounting looks a bit like A-aron Rodgers from the Packers’ Clown World Department

No idea PF Chang’s founder was a Tiger and a New Iberian.

Bet there was Tabasco in the restaurants when he controlled them.

And the PF is Paul Fleming. Paul Fleming Chang’s. Very authentic

PF Changz is about to be the Asian Red Lobster.

If they serve buffet crab legz, it’s on!

I love PF Changs, but is he responsible for them jacking up their prices over past few years?

Revenue rising 32% from 2020 to 2021 doesn’t sound that impressive given that things were shut down in most areas of the US and internationally during 2020.

Our oil & gas company revenues rose 340% in 2021 and will be another 70% this year from 2021 to 2022. That doesn’t make me some sort of one of a kind CFO.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I thought that restaurant revenue as an industry decreased YoY in 2020…the fact that he was able to grow revenues during that year seems noteworthy.
