The only reason people "celebrate" or talk about it is because it upsets you guys so much for whatever reason. You really have no real reason to give a f***, but yet you do, and that's why it is talked about so much. It is my opinion that the "family" gives you an opportunity that many people get to experience and some do not. I understand that many people's opportunities will vary as well. As a young child, you learn character from your father and mother, both of which are very different but are necessary to build an all around respectful character, my opinion. For example, I'm 29 and the stuff we see on TV today compared to 20 years ago aren't even comparable as far as content. I was watching ABC family the other day with the little one and there was a commercial with a young boy (7-8) explaining how his Dad was turning into a woman. Personally, I feel sorry for this kid because his father has mental issues, we are taught to praise his actions because he is "brave".I believe the more we allow this in our mainstream society, the more the importance of the family is destroyed. Look at crime rates for Single parent homes, I know off topic, but worth looking into. People get desensitized as to what is going on and the progress it is making. People should care about this, not bury your head in the sand like Mr. Que would like you to. Ignorance isn't bliss

Whats lost on people is the fact that the Kardashians are such terrible human beings that they made what was once one of the most popular male athletes on the planet want to be a woman. Lamar Odom, the former NBA 6th man of the year, turned into a nutcase. Isn't the youngest ones husband a raging alcoholic? Seems like I've seen a cover or two referencing that.

For the sake of argument, let's assume this is completely normal and Caitlyn Jenner has always been a woman.
The Kardashian record with their men is still terrible:
Rob Kardashian, Jr. - complete loser, obese, allegedly hooked on drugs
Lamar Odom - divorced, has (or at least had) a coke addiction, goes from NBA Sixth Man of the Year to effectively out of the league in two seasons
Scott Disick - the most functional male in the family but has addiction problems, in and out of rehab
In retrospect, Kris Humphries is a genius, for getting out while the getting was good.

lol I love the "how am I suppose to explain this to my kid" argument. How do you explain anything to your kids? There are so many fricked up things on this planet. How do you explain child cancer, child hunger, rape, murder, torture, genocide, racism, etc etc etc.?
