Doctors and nurses are taking part in a new trend on TikTok of healthcare professionals posting their devastated reactions to their patients dying.

Twitter users hit out, calling them 'horrible' and a 'weird flex'. Others blasted them for 'thinking their life is a movie'.

Does this mean Covid is cranking back up? Because the uptick in nurse hospital tik tok videos was always the telltale sign of the hospitals being “overrun”.

They're so devastated that they need to pose in front of a camera and record a video to show the internet how devastated they are.

I fricking hate nurses so much after the bullying they did about vaccines and covid. And they were wrong about 75% of the shite they were so haughty about, but of course no mea culpa from ANY of them.

Yeah, when someone dies my first thought is how can I make this about me and get some social media karma.

You know what happens when I have a patient die on me, even expected?

I just walk away to be alone for like...5 minutes.

fricking unreal that there are people like this.

It happens at my practice once or twice a week but I don't go around posting about it on social media. I just get on with the next cleaning or root canal.

They don't know science.
They were trying to talk about shite they had no understanding of.

Nurses came off looking horrible.
Stupid.
Attention whores.
Etc.

You mean you don’t go get your phone and take a filtered picture or video for the ‘gramTok?

As a psych nurse I feel like my "when you lose a patient" video would be much more entertaining. Did they break down the door? Did they climb thru the ceiling tiles? Are they asleep on the commode?

Looking at these pics tells me they are attention seeking neophytes. Anyone seasoned knows this is part of it when you step into this role and it happens way too often to set up a photoshoot.
