I'm aware. And I'm saying that both charges are bullshite when it's something that could've been handled between the school and the parents involved.
Maybe if we spent some time teaching our kids lessons in life instead of expecting the court system or the school system to do so then we'd be raising a better generation of kids. If I had a nickle for everytime I heard a parent whip out the "well we'll just press charges/file a lawsuit" when things happen with kids that could be resolved with some regular old conflict resolution than I'd have those court side seats at Rupp Arena by now.
