OK folks, hate crime charges were filed in the Chicago case. Now all you baiters can sleep tightly. For the record I am glad those charges were filed in Chicago.

That is correct. However it is also dependent on not only what specifically is in the video, such as a threat, but what is done with the video such as using it with the specific intent to harass a specific person . You may disagree with the laws, but it is what it is. You may want to read up on that .

Pure insanity today- blacks are above criticism and the media will not even speak of black on white crime. Do you think the young liberal white kids would still support Black Lives Matter, if they knew the actual percentage of black on white crime? Just saying, the media lies & lies...
