Why is the white kid being charged with a crime after the black kid beat his arse? Why does the government have to defend the kid that took care of the problem in his own way?

Apparently it comes in the wake of the black kid whooping his arse for the video he posted.
At that point they should've both been called into the Principal's Office and told that if you post dumb shite like that it's going to get your arse beat. And now that his arse has been beat the whole thing should be dropped.
But that'd require parents actually working together and the school system allowing them to do so instead of pushing for trumped up charges.

Depends on what all he said in the video. I mean it's technically free speech for me to get on Facebook and rant about but some kid or parent I've dealt with but that doesn't mean there wouldn't be consequences for that free speech.
We tell kids all the time that the dumb shite you put on the internet can get you in trouble. And the internet is definitely being used as a form of intimidation and harassment by teenagers these days. Do I think it should've devolved to a charge? No. The whole bunch of adults between the school and the parents should've been able to handle it. But I'm not surprised that it did.
