We need a government funded program that not only does the bait trap stuff, we get videos of live streams of it happening.

We all know what happens in Chicago on a daily basis but the bait car tactic hasn’t ever sat right with me. People stealing a vehicle that has been purposely left at a location with items that are visible VS twenty year olds killing each other.
