It happened when the big stores started pulling out of Cortana. Then the exact reason the mall of Cortana failed migrated to the mall of Louisiana. And wouldn’t you know it, it began to fail too.

I saw a Popeye's commercial last night that had nothing but white people working behind the counter.
Amazing how far Popeye's has drifted from its roots, because 99.9 % of the time, I can't find a white person behind the counter at Popeye's in Louisiana, and especially in the Baton Rouge area.
