You literally just said "if" it's true. It's what the Special Agent investigating the case physically saw on his social media.
There's no reason to use the "if it's true" cavet. It's true. It's in the record of the investigation.

Just acknowledge really bad shite for what it is. Not everything is as blatant, but you can't have nuanced discussions if you aren't willing to be direct about the obvious stuff. It's not everything, but it's an important first step.
