As a public school teacher, I can't even begin to tell you how many times I've witnessed similar incidents - which are usually followed up with a one day trip to in school suspension and a "reteaching of expectations".
It's a fkn joke, and it's ALL done to muddy up the disciplinary data that proves one group alone refuses to follow policies and procedures at a exponentially higher rate than any other.

There are no repercussions to horrendous actions.
We coddle the worst acting of our society and pay them to keep them from acting out.
It clearly doesn’t work.
The individual in the OP will offer nothing to society. She will consume from the system until she passes away.
It is infuriating how there is little to no punishment in today’s world.
