You have to have a reason to stop and frisk. What would the reason be.
And for everyone talking about "broken windows" theory... I get it... yet these perps were all from out of town.

Also that pesky Constitution gets in the way.

The two largest HBCUs in Louisiana playing a game that still carries a lot of significance in the black community, shouldn't play the game in the NFL stadium in the largest market in the state where the schools reside?
What?
Home and Away would do just fine.
Think of the economic impact to Grambling and Southern the extra tourism dollars will make.

A serious broken windows policing approach could be very effective in NO. But it won't happen (1) because Mitch gutted the NOPD, and (2) the criminals and their enablers, who are part of Latoya's constituency, won't allow it.
79 car break ins in the past 72 hours.....that's more than one per hour.....
17 people shot since Sunday
2 murders yesterday
but muhhh progress #cityofyes

So,you disagree with alllll the other statistics that prove you wrong.
I'm not surprised you are taking this approach, just making sure I understand where you stand.

I stated some facts now your trying to argue?

No argument. Just want to make sure you are neglecting years of data and basing your opinion on 84 hours of recent data.

the past 72 hours have absolutely nothing to do with crime trends in the city.
this is what is called cherry picking.

I simply stated a couple facts...I didn't provide an opinion
You're coming in here guns blazing trying to argue

This is the definition of opinion
Unless you are saying you agree there is significant progress being made.

I can go back 7 days, 30 days, 6 months if you like.....just because murders and some violent crimes are down...doesnt mean all crime is down as a whole.....
I know just in the 2nd district car break ins, auto thefts and home burglaries are up..there has been a serious rash of petty crimes in our neighborhoods and that just leads to the thugs becoming even more brazen if they dont try and tackle it

Why hasnt this been all over the media as a mass shooting ?
Posted on 12/2/19 at 3:09 pm to tgrbaitn08
Home burglary for 2nd district is barely higher than last year and the 2nd lowest over the past 10 years.
Auto theft/burglary are significantly higher in 2019. No doubt.
Pretty much all other property crime is near the 2018 levels and below 2017 levels.

shocking.. never fails the goon boys who don't even live here providing commentary lmao
I must have missed where there was a NOLA residency requirement in order to comment. Be a good boy and link us to that, would ya?
I hope that there has been some improvement and kudos if that happens to be the case. It would be nice if the next time that I visited home, driving around Lakeview wouldn't resemble being on the lunar surface...and if I didn't have to walk out of a friend's house to find local "good boys" breaking into his car.

I'm pretty sure Mr Perfect has only lived in NOLA for a few years
