Simple answer: White flight. As both cities started to go down, everyone moved to the burbs. Both are lost without much hope...maybe BR has a little more hope but Nola is all of Orleans Parish so they are fricked.

Well considering for years and decades, Nola was known as the place for to-go drinks then covid hits and ALL other states allow to-go drinks and she shuts it down in Nola, I'm going to say she's a functional retard. Even with JBE adding restrictions to phase two bringing it back to basically 1.5, Destroya rolled it back even more.
She is 100% trying to extort money from JBE, Saints and Louisiana for her own frick ups.
