The current CAO is Darryl Gissel, correct? He’s one of the few white people that has a prominent position in Broome’s administration. Of course he only got the gig because the black dude she tried to hire was exposed by a simple Google search.

How long before Hill has Gissel’s job?

The irony of Broome hiring this cat after his history at GP should be concerning in regards to Exxon.... Just saying

I saw today Exxon is going to nearly double the size of there Beaumont plant, wonder if that had anything to do with BR pushing them away. Also I'd like to see a graphic of all of Broome's hiring and firings, I'd bet we can find a trend.

Is that the plant they are gearing up to process the lighter crude oil that's being harvested in Western TX? Exxon is the process of purchasing a ton of more land in that area, looking to buy tracts and some people out. It was remarked in a community newsletter execs went out to the site early last week.

She was an idiot. Def ol Kelv’ hiring some like skinned individuals. Her name is that of a flower. But she was more of that that came out the back end of a cow. Literally got someone fired for sleeping on the job, got caught 2 weeks later with a roll of paper towels as her pillow on a bench. Had no business there except for pushing a broom.

He did to an extent. He he might not have hired on to run the wood yard but he was over it for a year or so. Dude was either so spread thin with other duties, or is a space cadet. Obviously a really smart guy, chem engineering, but not very business savvy.

More coincidental than anything else. That expansion has been in the works for several years. But BR should take notice that projects like this may not be coming that way in the future.

Thats definitely her. Still can't think of her name. I dealt with her indirectly. Never heard why she was let go.

Makes alot of sense now. She was in WAY over her head

Ol Rose, or Rosie. And that’s why she was fired. After she dimed out the guy for taking a siesta, she did the same and fellow employees were quick to give her a taste of her own medicine. Couple that with the fact that she was a horrible manager, they were quick to blast her on it and she got canned.

I’m assuming you’re in the front office??

Kip the GMOAT split up DPW into these smaller departments all with their own independent heads. For...? Reasons. There was probably a study that recommended it.

Same. Vendor for that group. Went from having a decent relationship with them to non-existent nearly because of the new regime that came in. They had to use us which is the only reason we had any relationship over the last two years.
