The service at his Ford dealership is also garbage.

I sent a message via carrier pigeon once and he sent me a message back 4 days later via his own carrier pigeon. I was satisfied. To each their own though.

I never understood why he wants to be on his own billboards so much. Like that's going to make me want to buy a Chevy from yall?

I went to Matt Bowers Hyundai in Metairie because I wanted to look and test drive a Palisade. There was a price sticker next to the manufacturer sticker that had the price of the vehicle and add ons like ceramic coating, stain resistant treatment, nitrogen, and etc BS, totaling $1300. Before even driving the vehicle I asked the salesman about it and he said that package was included in every sale, can’t take it off. I told him that I was not going to buy/negotiate with a dealer that had that BS hanging over the deal. I told him I didn’t want to waste his time test driving, I would go to Premier Hyundai on the Westbank.

You get the same treatment no matter how high up the chain you go. I don’t see how they have any repeat customers.

that's a high bar to achieve. They all suck.

I bought a brand new truck a year or so ago, its had issues since the beginning. I've brought it in for an issue that happens probably 99% of the time on startup. They kept my truck a few days then called to say it was ready. When I got there they told me they couldn't replicate the issue. Advisor went to get my truck, and ended up pulling it right into the bay because it was doing it. I suspect they never even looked at my truck initially. They felt stupid and gave me a rental for a week because they knew they were wrong.

Are you having your truck nuts removed or upgraded?

I didn’t know much about Matt Bowers until he acted like a bitch when Kiffin left Ole Miss. Wouldn’t buy anything from him.

I had a friend who worked at one of Matt’s dealership in a finance position. He said Matt was a real a-hole to everyone.
