His math and angle are based on shitty numbers and the assumption that the shooter was trying to hide back like a true sniper would.

Guy filming with a GoPro as he's in direct path of the shooter. You can hear the first 3 or 4 shots being fired at the 3:12 mark, with bullets making impact. Appears to be from the 308 and spaced apart, single shots. People in the crowd soon realize they're being shot. That's when they start running for the exits. At the 3:50 mark All Hell Breaks Loose . Only takes Paddock 10 seconds to fire 100 rds.

Nobody ever said he couldn't shoot from up there, it is saying he could not sit back like a sniper which means the muzzle had to be exposed, you can tell that had to happen just looking at a picture of where the hotel and the concert was, but do you see any muzzle flash when the camera is lookin at the hotel at the time of the shooting

Go to 3:12. Those are the first shots he fired. You can easily hear them. It's at the end of the first song. Confirms the video posted early this morning saying the shooting started earlier than we thought.

People even start running before he lets loose with his first volley from a bump stock rifle.
This started sooner than they are reporting, and I guarantee that he was using those pot shots to gauge distance.
Edit: let me rephrase. The media hasn't picked up on it yet. Law enforcement has to know this started sooner than is the current common knowledge.
