I missed a bunch of pages. Anything on the "note" left.

Only if it's a cash transaction, which I doubt these were.

so everyone speculating about 2 people in the room based off the receipt... can we not verify that with hotel cameras in elevator, hallway, etc?

Nothing to even confirm it is a note. For all we know it could be blank stationary or a menu.

Judging by the pictures of the windows broken, all that broken glass had to have fallen all the way to the ground, right? Or could that tape have somehow been used to hold the broken glass together when he broke the windows and he just somehow removed the tape along with the broken glass into his hotel room?

there isn't. when guns are used in a crime and subsequently seized by law enforcement, the agency will call the ATF and initiate a trace.
1. ATF calls the manufacturer, gives them the serial, and finds out which distributor it was sold to.
2. ATF calls the distributor and gives them the serial, and finds out which dealer it was sold to.
3. ATF calls the dealer and has them pull the 4473 (background check form with all the customer's info on it) from their records and they fax it to the ATF.
4. ATF contacts purchaser (if purchaser wasnt the perpetrator of the crime) and tries to determine what happened to the gun.

And then another question, what if he would have thought of disarming the smoke alarms in his hotel room beforehand?!?! Or would that have triggered an alarm at the security desk?

Have you guys seen the video of a shooter on the ground? I’m not really sure what’s going on in this vid. It’s from Facebook. LINK
Doesn't look like gun fire.

Or a cop crouching. But whatever.

They have likely had a team of people dedicated to strictly watching security footage from the hotel creating a timeline and tracking his every move. If there were more than 1 person in the room, they would know about it.

interview with brother...he's an odd ball
He seems on edge but I bet he is always a little off.
It seems really important to him to let everyone know how much sushi they get for free.

The whole interview with the brother was strange. He spent 60% of the time talking about how wealthy they are and how much money they have.

Prob would have triggered another alarm.

I think the brother knows more than he is letting on.

I think he's probably a strange dude to begin with and he has no clue how to process his brother being the culprit of the largest mass murder in American history.

That's pretty obviously someone taking a picture with a single flash, not muzzle flash

At this point he is so nervous that I am starting to wonder what he may have known. Doubt it would have been much, but more than he is letting on to.
