Man, that just shows a guy who heard gun shots getting down, you can't really tell anything.
Honestly, I think yall are putting too much into this and want this to be more than what it is. His dad was a psychopath, this jackass inherited traits from his dad.
On the news this morning (CBS), they said he bought his girlfriend tickets to Tokyo. It was believed he did so to "protect her" or just to have her out the way. He was some sick frick who had a fantasy to open fire on groups of people killing as many people as he possibly could. He was a frequent gambler so he knew Vegas well enough to know the perfect spot to do what he did.
It was said the only type of criminal history he ever had was a speeding ticket. And while authorities might have been "aware" of his, it wasn't like they were running surveillance on the guy. How many people have a speeding ticket, has bought guns and gambles? Okay, he had a dad who was once on the FBI list, but that was what? In the 70s? It's like yall assume there is enough man power to keep track of every person who might possibly one day have the potential to do some criminal shite.
I think it was reported that some of his neighbors in the retirement community he lived in, said he was a bit socially awkward, but how many times have you come across someone who is socially awkward and thought "that guy is going to go on a shooting rampage, better keep an eye on him"?
The whole ISIS thing.. Man, ISIS claimed this just for attention. Nothing more.

I assume the glass fell to the ground but I haven't heard much info about that.

You can’t be serious

Then why are there shell casings all around his corpse?
The dude fired likely over 1000 rounds. Have you ever been on a duck or dove hunt, or to a shooting range? Shells go absolutely everywhere. Little piles get formed, and guys will kick them accidentally or on purpose. He was traveling between two windows, I'm sure he kicked shells everywhere. It all happened in 11 minutes with 10-12 different weapons most likely.
Plus he shot through the hotel room door it looks like 20-30 times which likely was a 3rd shooting position at least outside of the 2 windows.
Trying to make sense of a hotel room like that just doesn't make sense. The dude was a psycho, there's a good chance he put things in positions that make absolutely no sense to anyone but him.

All of this makes perfect sense.
But I would then ask why she is now in the Philippines and why did he have the need to wire her $100K? $10K? I get it, but over a $100k? It is a little suspicious, IMO.

Interesting take after watching his interviews.
I think he's probably a strange dude to begin with and he has no clue how to process his brother being the culprit of the largest mass murder in American history.
Not to mention his dad was not only not around when they were raised but his dad was a freaking major criminal.
And his brother just freaking shot 100s of people and killed 58. I mean the brother is certainly weird, but the brother has said he'll talk so much as to keep their mother out of it.
So I wouldn't doubt you got a slightly strange brother trying to figure out what he did wrong to not see the signs and protect his mother at the same time. Its a shitty situation no matter if the brother was involved or not.

At this point he is sonervous that I am starting to wonder what he may have known. Doubt it would have been much, but more than he is letting on to.

When his body collapsed he fell on a gun.
His leg is under the gun in the picture, the gun is mounted to a bipod that is extended and upright, he would have had to have been sitting on the floor, legs stretched out under the gun when he ended it. The window he was shooting out of is clear because of the curtain being blown into the room by the wind. It does not seem based off of room layout and pictures that he could have shot at the front door from this position. Never once did I say he fell onto a gun.

Let's pretend we are interrogating the gf, what are our questions:
How did you meet this guy?
How long ago did you meet this guy?
How often do y'all see each other?
Where do y'all go when y'all see each other?
Does he always pay or do you pay sometimes?
Does he ever talk about or show you his gun collection?
If so, do you ever go to a gun range with him?
What else? Let's hear more

At this point, sort of. Initially it was perfectly reasonable, but the guy rambles on to weave a story about how little he knew constantly.

this dude just needs to stop giving interviews. I think he sort of likes the attention. But he isnt doing himself any favors by giving all these interviews.

Who knows. The questioning is all based on how much they already know.
If they know nothing of her being involved, they start with your questions, but I imagine they already have all those answers.

I mean, that should about do it, no?

Sorry I was thinking he fell on the gun.
Needless to say, there's a ton of things that could have happened. He could have shot himself standing up, and fell down and then convulsed to under the gun. He could have collapsed onto some furniture and rolled to a point of being under the gun.
He may have fell face down and the police turned him over, thus the 2 different pools of blood. The gun may have been closer to his hands and the police moved it away.
Who knows, I don't know why people worry about small details like that. Tons of reasons for them.

Man, his interviews are so bizarre to me.

I'm on my phone so I can't watch the 30 minute video that was posted of the brother's second interview, but I was able to watch the first few minutes and he seemed genuinely destroyed by all of this.
Can someone explain exactly what was so bizarre about what he said? That's a genuine question. I know someone mentioned he talked about sushi, which is definitely weird gto gen the circumstances, but did he go on about anything else?

My wife and I talked of this last night. He looks like the comedic actor...Chris something. but yeah, he just rambles and just weird. I questioned why he was not under wraps and being grilled extensively. Maybe he has but you would think the LEO would have told him to shut up.

I just don't see this. I just think he is your average, run of the mill, weirdm and socially awkward guy. But nothing he is saying or doing is jumping out to me like "oh I know something."
