Someone on Facebook just posted a video and pictures showing the 32nd floor window a smashed out but then show two separate videos where you can see flashes from the 32nd and about the 10th floor. Interesting.

The first officer on the 32nd floor was there in about 10 minutes. He enountered the injured security guard.

Let me spare you the coming ridicule. There were no windows broken other than the two on the 32nd floor. Those flashes toward the middle of the building have been going on for a few days now.

The banning crowd fully understands that banning things makes people want them more. These are the same folks that understand fully what the war on drugs has accomplished- nothing. You're not enlightened or privy to some special news.
But if you're going to use the drug example, I'll use one as well. Just because the product is available over the counter to make meth, and I could feasibly do it seeing as how I own my home, does that mean meth should be able to be sold at your local drug store? Of course not. You want meth, you'll have to take the risks of making it, and if you're caught, you go to jail.
And again, I own a lot of guns. But I could see where someone can make an argument for some of these additions to guns shouldn't be legal. I also see why many think they shouldn't be. I'm simply saying it doesn't bother me either way.

3 victims still unidentified
Provided info on families and friends to reconnect.
Gave information to people to contact LSVPD about providing info.
Las Vegas Boulevard to reopen in the next few hours
Many people inquiring about personal property that is inside of the Route 91 scene. Will provide information on retrieval of that property in the few hours.
Now talking about the donations and distribution of donations.
Second part addressing the investigation.
ATF is investigating the weapons, type and styles.
Question coming from press that are inaudible. A lot of information that he knows but is saying he doesn't know because the investigation is ongoing.
There are injuries that are from trampling and escaping and gunshot wounds.
Doesn't know exact whereabouts of girlfriend. Only that she is in Philippines.
Troubled about how the photographs have been obtained by public.
There were cameras inside and outside of the room. Me speculating that he is meaning set up by gunman. Can't hear the questions from audience.
FBI has possession of all of the digital media.
He gets frustrated with the questions because the audience doesn't let him finish before bombarding with other questions.
Couldn't imagine this situation. Felt they had the proper response.
Received initial report of between floors 29-32. While evaluating they received info that he was on 32.
Some died after being shot and ran away.
Very heroic acts by normal citizens.
Obviously premeditated.
Has some information but not at liberty to talk about.
Wished he had some of the audience on his investigation team. Laughed about it and said he confirmed. Did not hear the question.
Evaluating the police body cameras and the common place cameras
It takes time to evaluate everything. Evidentuary chain of custody takes time. Investigation may bring criminal charges.
Don't get frustrated if he doesn't have press conference very 5 minutes.
Done answering questions.
Anticipating a 5:00 update.

Sheriff seems like he knows quite a bit more than he's saying (obviously). Won't confirm most questions/theories being presented.
It seemed like he miiiiiiight not be sure this was simply a "normal" guy having a bad 6 months or so. And he was a bit more stern with how he explained what they're doing with Marilou.

His brother gave a second interview just before the sheriff's interview. The brother used terms like "father-figure," "cool rich guy," "paid for everything", "intelligent" and said he wanted his kids to have a relationship with their uncle. He finished up saying this is not the brother he knew and something changed recently to "send him into this hell." Said his heart pours for the victims and he'd have a funeral for the killer only so they can spit on his casket and hopefully find emotional relief from what his brother did. Says he has 4 kids of his own. I can't find a link right now, but I think they're editing it because he was swearing throughout. It was live on CBS homepage.

between a note and video footage and possibly other electronic data collected, hard to fathom there's no motive at this point.
