My twin lives in Houma, I live in Dallas. We both pretty much know what were doing on a day to day basis minus a few things.
His hobbies are essentially the same as mine.

Daily mail article with two pictures of the weapons and some other descriptions. Looks like at least a DD .223/5.56, a Colt .223/5.56, and some variant of a 7.62 although they don't specify.
edit: Says four DD .223/5.56 and one colt .223/5.56.

Probably a stupid question, but when he breaks the two windows, doesn't all that glass fall all the way to the ground? I wonder if any of the falling glass hurt anyone?

Nobody said he didn't like to shoot. Pretty sure he had a hunting license.
People are just being idiots and saying he did not have any police or military background, so how did he know this much about guns and tactics. Well its not very difficult to self train to this level. It also would be very likely this guy had his own range somewhere in Nevada, it wouldn't be hard to own 100 acres there with that guys level of money.

Mine? Yea, I post my range visits and gun stuff pretty often. I'm a gun nut with nothing to hide tho. Not saying I don't believe he could conceal it, just odd that nothing else has been released. He has really good taste in products outside of that surefire mag.

That makes more sense. Lot of info out there and not sure whats what, but I saw fishing licenses mentioned, not hunting licenses.

Especially considering all the news reports yesterday were saying "hammer-like device" or whatever. If it was that little maul/sledge hammer...it's not hammer-like, it's a fricking hammer.
Not sure what I was expecting to see, but I suppose I figured it would be some weighted object used to hammer them out but not quite a hammer.
