Masks Indoors When Vaccinated

Per the CDC today, they have said that, for those vaccinated, masks outdoors aren't necessary, unless you're with a big group or strangers, and that masks indoors are still necessary. LINK
Yet, I have also seen this study by John's Hopkins, which says that vaccinated people have a very low chance of spreading the virus.

So, in all honesty, BS aside, why would you need to wear a mask at all when vaccinated, given the John's Hopkins study? It seems like we are still getting contradicting information here.

Because this whole vaccine was rushed and no one has a clue what the ramifications of rushing something of this magnitude are.

Because the idiots in charge went and moved the goal posts from not overwhelming the hospitals to no one should get the virus a long arse time ago. Having the vaccine and getting COVID19 statistically amounts to getting struck by lightning. At this point the people that don’t have a vaccine either don’t want it or are lukewarm about getting it. There’s no reason to keep up the mask theater for that nonsense but here we are....

I think 4+ years of development in mrna between thousands of companies and epidemiologists and scientists isn't "rushed".
Especially since they've been used for shite like zika virus and the flu already.

That's basically how the overworked asians do it. Not for prevention but because they don't want to spread their own shite on others.
