At work we’ve reimplemented some COVID protection bullshite recently. Mask aren’t mandated but STRONGLY encouraged. We’ve got a solid contingent that have yet to take off their doubled mask, but less go maskless.
Put back up the social distancing rules with meetings, no two employees ride in a car together, no lunch and learns? If you feel something is off and don’t have a diagnosis or don’t know what it is, to stay home. Recommending the 37th Booster…. Etc.

I thought long covid was caused by catching covid? So how will mask stop long covid? Or is this poorly worded? And its from Fox, they are just trying to get people worked up.
This is what people need to do. Start taking vitamin D, B12, Zinc and a one a day. Build up your immune system. Don't constantly put sanitizer on your hands. Having some germs only helps build up your immune system.
I took vitamins before Covid and I never overdid the hand sanitizer and never scared to get a little dirty. Outside playing with my dogs, going to my friend's house who lives on the bayou to fish.. Just anything.. Im not saying get dirty and stay dirty, but if you go places where everything is sanitized your immune system has nothing to fight and will get weaker. Its like when I was a kid, it was the kids whose momma made them get bundled all up when it was cold who got sick.
The rest of us, it could be freezing and some kids had short sleeves on, I just have a thin long sleeve shirt and go outside...Then there was the kids with the beanies, thick jackets, scarfs, etc.. And them sons a bitches would always be sick.

if you're worried about long COVID go ahead and mask up and I'll go ahead and keep laughing at you.
This past Saturday saw a whole family walking to their table at a restaurant wearing masks...couldn't help but laugh that they are still participating in this shite at this point.
