Maserati is for people Maranello turns away that still want to think they have an exclusive Italian supercar.

This is true with Lamborghini and McLaren (w/o the Italian part) as well. If Ferrari didn't exist Lamborghini and McLaren almost certainly wouldn't exist at least the road car version of the latter.

1978 Joe Walsh reference from the song “ Life's Been Good”

My Maserati does one-eighty-five
I lost my license, now I don't drive
I have a limo, ride in the back
I lock the doors in case I'm attacked

Absolutely. I'll go one further with Lamborghini. If Ferruccio weren't a shitty driver, Lamborghini wouldn't exist.

Ferruccio Lamborghini was, apparently, very hard on clutches and burned up them up left and right. After like three or four clutches, he just had the mechanic at his tractor factory change it and discovered that Enzo used the same clutch in the car that Ferruccio used in one of his tractors; the difference was that Enzo charged 1000 lira to change it and Ferruccio bought the clutch for 10. Ferruccio called Enzo out on it. Enzo, being a notorious a-hole, went Enzo on him, and the rest is history.

What the frick are you trying to say?

My house costs more than that car too. Many houses cost more.

It is generally known that the value of houses increases and thw value of cars typically decreases....so what again are you trying to say other than you are more poor than the man that bought that car

I own a Maserati GranTurismo S. The fit and finish quality is higher than my Porsche 911. I drive it often and it’s performed perfectly. Funny how those who criticize the brand have never, and will never own one...

No it won’t.

but they aren't a Maserati.

most people who know anything about cars understand this brand is really shitty with quality control issues and even larger reliability issues

why would "it's not a Maserati" sway anyone with a brain in 2020?
