I guess she submitted to her husband LINK
quote:

A Maryland man was arrested and charged with assault Saturday after he allegedly yanked on a leash that was around his wife’s neck.
quote:

A witness said William Wolford, 66, was walking around the York Fair in Pennsylvania over the weekend with an approximately 8-foot-long dog-style leash attached to his wife’s neck
quote:

Wolford tugged on the leash, which caused his wife's head to snap back and left red marks around her throat
quote:

The 66-year-old told police that his wife, Catherine Wolford, suffered from advanced-stage dementia and that he decided to use a leash to keep track of her after she wandered off for more than an hour at the fair last year
quote:

Wolford said the leash was originally around her waist, but it somehow managed to move up to her neck, the Record reported citing documents. When his wife walked away, Wolford said the slack became tight and he “gently tugged on the leash so she would stop.'"
quote:

The couple's son vouched for his father, telling police he was not abusive

Sucks if she does have dementia

Sounds like his fetish.

If she wasn't howling about it, what's the big deal?

Sounds like the same thing that basic arse moms were using a few years ago for their kids with the monkey or lion backpacks.

It's usually frowned upon at most places but hey, to each their own.

There used to be a couple lesbians the would frequent my hotel and the 40 something year old truck driver looking lesbian would have the hot blonde early 20s lesbian on a leash and make her kneel next to her while she played slot machines.

A wheelchair might've been a better option than a dog leash, but if the son is right about him not being abusive, I kind of feel bad for the old guy. A wife with dementia would be a tough thing to deal with.

Yeah, that sounds more reasonable. May not be able to afford one, who knows?

There used to be this fetish couple who would come in to the hotel I worked at in college. Wife had husbanf on a leash. They were looking to shock.

To be a dick, I always just refused to talk to the woman

She would get irate. Until finally the husband would break character and check in

So it’s okay to do this to kids, but not someone with dementia?

We've been to a meeting at the York Fair Grounds, and the place is huge. Probably more than a mile square.
Losing someone with dementia there could make for a decision to do it differently the next year.

Was the wife yelling out to get away from the leash? Seems like she agreed with it, so how can the dude be arrested for such stupid shite.
