As much as I would love to see Mary's family in drama I'm not 100% convinced that he actually did the bruising. Could have been set up.

He is adopted and has severe alcohol issues. Has been to rehab, was drunk during this incident, etc. Was also drunk to the tune of a .210 when he drove the wrong way down a street in the French Quarter and ran over a tourist. They made that go away. They will make this go away too. Baby's momma about to get paid off.

The story says that he showed up with the kid at 8:30 with bruises etc, also says he picked up the kid at 6:30 the same night......that would be really tough to get that shite faced drunk, beat the kid and bring it back to mommy in 2 hours, tells me he was drunk when he picked the kid up, if so shame on mommy for allowing the kid to go with drunk daddy

EXACTLY. It happened long enough ago there should have been some disposition. There is nothing out there about that case after the initial incident. Nothing.
