My daughter was attending an A-Con this weekend in Fort Worth and this was her costume. She created the mask from clay, then made a mold and then poured the latex. She also made the cape. Came out pretty damn good.

Get her on the show Face Off. She would love it.

You've posted other stuff she has made, right? A wolf costume once?

She is, still, extremely talented. Where does she go to school to pursue a career like that?

This was it in progress. She's not currently looking for a career in it. She wants to be in forensic science.

If your daughter was a dude I would ridicule him for this neck beard hobby

Top costume designers can make a lot of money. Just something to consider.

I bet it is very competitive though.

And yeah, if she was a dude, I'd make fun of her. But since she's a lady, I think it's awesome

Most cosplayers have an instagram.

I'd like to 'support' your daughter.

Have a link?

One of the best in the world. She sells her costumes for $1000+. Saves me allowance money.

Sounds like she's already got a job. How old is she, teens or twenties?

Very impressive. I'm into all the nerdy cosplay shite too.

What's her profit margin on a furry costume? I imagine materials cost are have to be pretty high and that kind of stuff has to take a ton of time.

She needs an LLC, a website, and marketing materials (cards and flyers) to hand out at events.

She's 17. Been doing the furry stuff since she was about 9 years old. People started buying from her when she was either 13 or 14 years old. She's been doing artwork her entire life.
