So apparently he lost a ton of weight in the last couple of years and was a real chonker pre-weight loss.
My guess is that once he lost the weight and started getting the attention he didn't know when to stop. And felt some moral superiority/justification in "dating" these women instead of just screwing them.
Or he's just a textbook narcissist and manipulator.
