The problem with weed is that it makes me want to drink...
But with my state having legal Medical Marijuana.. I can buy it safely and I don't have to meet a guy named Jaquarious at 2am in a dimly lit parking lot.

Weed was fun back in college where someone would get a bag and you get super stoned with your friends and go do something or watch music videos, but…
… this deal nowadays where you just go to a dispensary and then just casually hit a cart all day by yourself is fricking a lot of people up.
Anecdotal but I’ve seen this bullshite ruin quite a few lives and I wish I was exaggerating.

Carts/Vapes/Dabs etc are too strong now a days.
Give me an edible 5-10mg occasional evenings and it’s very nice and relaxing. I can only use THC once all my responsibilities are done for the day, Way too paranoid now to use it before 7pm

I never put it in checked luggage because I want to defend the legality of it in person. If it was questioned when going through TSA I would reference the farm bill and have them scan the QR code to verify my product by batch/lot number. If it's in checked luggage, chances are you will end up in a room answering questions. Once again though, TSA is looking for weapons or explosives. If they find gummies while looking for this they can contact local authorities. You may get delayed but you would be legal. TSA is aware of the farm bill and what is legal for personal use.

Don’t forget about the fact that regular weed users are twice as likely to suffer from cognitive impairment and dementia compared to the general population.

Nearly half the country drinks alcohol at least occasionally. I'd be surprised if the same is true for marijuana. It seems to me that the people who use weed really hit it hard. A guy who's drinking all day every day is not long for the world. A guy hitting a vape pen all day is not going to wreck his physical health in the same way. Emphasis on physical. I think we're going to find in the years ahead that heavy use of weed does a number on mental and cognitive health.

All I ever get from weed is just absurd dry mouth that no matter how much I drink, doesn’t go away. It’s miserable. Just never been an enjoyable experience.
