Whoever is controlling the camera sucks. It's always pointed too high and he seems to move it whenever some real action is about to go down.

In this day and age as cheap as they are, bastards need to upgrade to HD cams. This potato quality crap is unacceptable.

Saw a group of girls passing a joint around a couple of hours ago. They weren't being that discreet about it either. Guess it could have been a cigarette, but doubtful judging by some reactions by passersby.

I'd guess most of the people stumbling down Bourbon this morning do not have plans to toast Rex at Gallier Hall today.
Had to quit watching after 30 minutes it's like a low budget comedy drama waiting to see what happens next.
People that stop near the street level camera don't realize it picks up clear audio early in the morning when it's not crowded.
