I hope he sued them or is in the process of suing them to get a nice chunk. I am also a supporter of police and usually give them the benefit of the doubt.

And flipped his phone away bc he didn’t like that the guy was filming. Trash cop I hope this was reviewed and him reprimanded/fired.

Yes, he was acting like a dickhead, but dat baw is JPSO. NOPD are largely cool in my experience, but JPSO gonna JPSO.

The officer smacked the phone of a civilian, likely breaking it. Then flipped the guy off. The guy returned the salute and got protected and served for it.

You have to remember, the best and the brightest don't become beat cops.
