All in locations that are traveled most heavily by honkeys.

They never seem to set these up in the ghetto.

Haha very true. Setup right off the interstate in Lakeview, no money grab there. Once someone's made it to that point they're no more than a mile from home in most cases and in a 35 mph zone.

In the Marigny? They must be looking to catch some hipsters drunk on their oversized unicycles.

This had to have been fake there was no checkpoint at west end last night. With everything going on last night there is no way I hell NOPD has the man power to do this and they didn't issues a press release stating there would be a check point.

Well that is the Halloween hotspot, though it should be on Elysian if they want to catch people

Prob not fake. They release possible checkpoint locations then only set up a couple of them I think.

They like to target areas of the city where they can get the most revenue. Statistically it is harder to collect from someone in the 7th or lower 9th ward than Uptown/Lower Garden District/Lakeview/CBD-Warehouse/& affluent Bywater areas.

Look at it this way....safety costs them money in some parts of town, and safety makes them money in some parts of town

They actually don't even release the locations any more. Which just adds to more to the idea that was made up.

The cars with orange stickers would block the road too quickly.
